The tour starts on the steps of the Boyd Gate House and finishes in the previously inaccessible, locked-in-time upstairs water closet with its chain-pull toilet.
Learn the stories about the 1879 construction and 1905 dedication to the City of San Rafael of this iconic house. Learn about the occupants of the house, both corporeal and paranormal.
